ICHRAx provides shared infrastructure focused on the all important ‘last mile’ of connectivity for billing, enrollment, and eligibility. Instead of every carrier and administrator building custom integrations with each other, they connect to ICHRAx once and gain standardized access to the network. Think of us as the connective layer that makes the whole ecosystem work together.
No. ICHRAx does not administer ICHRA programs or sell health insurance. Our technology is not employer or employee-facing. ICHRAx provides neutral ground where industry players collaborate and shared infrastructure that helps everyone operate more efficiently. Our success depends on your success.
ICHRAx is led by industry veterans. Kyle Estep serves as CEO. With leadership experience across the health plan industry and emerging ICHRA market, he brings a wealth of in-depth knowledge to the role. ICHRAx is hiring. Reach out if interested.
ICHRAx provides an API gateway to ICHRA administrators to connect with carriers on the platform. For carriers, we can consult on the best day one approach while offering flexibility across API, 834 and flat file data exchange methods. Over time, the ICHRAx Advisory Board, of which all participants are members, will identify & endorse best practice standards for both operating norms and technical specifications.
Participation means joining the ICHRAx community. Contributing to standards discussions. Staying informed on industry direction. Connecting to shared infrastructure as it becomes operational. The level of involvement flexes based on your goals.
ICHRAx charges reasonable fees to participating members. These include annual membership and transaction-based PEPM fees. While specific pricing structures may evolve over time, the collaborative ICHRAx approach ensures transparency & fairness on fees for all participants.
The standards that will define ICHRA for the next decade are being shaped right now. Early participants have a voice in that process, visibility as industry leaders, and a head start on adoption. Later means following instead of leading.
